Paul Farrell

Paul is the President of Wizard Productivity Systems, LP. He develops the vision of the company, as well as planning and implementing strategies to complete that vision. He is responsible for operations, marketing and development for the company.

Paul has more than 25 years of management and business development experience as well as in-depth knowledge of the Internet, media and enterprise software industries. Paul has held executive positions managing high-level client relationships at renowned companies such as AOL and has a wealth of experience in developing and leading highly effective multi-disciplinary teams.

Previously as the Chief Customer Strategy Officer at Aspect Communications Corporation, he performed a variety of cross departmental functions spanning operations, marketing, channel & alliances and business development. He also managed a team working cross functionally to formulate strategies and build a business plan for the Aspect to take advantage of the movement towards call center globalization, outsourcing and managed services.

As Senior Vice President of Business Development at the leading interactive services company AOL, he led a Category Strategy and Key Accounts team. Among his many accomplishments during his long tenure at AOL, Paul drove AOL’s fastest growing external partnership for supplemental subscription revenue. He also guided teams that drove revenue opportunities by developing new business opportunities across a diverse range of industries such as financial services and consumer packaged goods. AOL also benefits from key partnerships with content suppliers due to Paul’s efforts. Prior to that, as Vice President of Business Development for AOL’s Interactive Business, Paul helped drive a partnership with GM, Chrysler and the UAW for employee access and portal services. At AOL, he also served as Vice President of Sales for the AOL Enterprise Division where he developed the remote connectivity business.

During his distinguished career, Paul has also held key positions at two start-ups, The Molloy Group and Primus Communications, focused on the customer-support and problem-resolution market. He has also led highly successful business development activities focused on enterprise-wide supply chain management software and served in a variety of key business development, strategy and sales roles in the enterprise software and packaged-systems industry. His background includes positions at such globally recognized companies as Deloitte Haskins & Sells and Union Carbide.
